POSTS THAT ARE MOVED TO A RELEVENT FORUM CATEGORY ARE STILL CONSIDERED AS POSTED, AND WILL BE BILLED AS SUCH. Profiles are considered posted IMMEDIATELY AS SOON AS YOU CLICK TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS, and all billing shall commence from that time. All legal means will be used to collect our fees, and the posting party will be held liable for any costs we incur, up to and including any legal fees expended in retrieving payment for advertising services. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Austin, Texas. By clicking Register below you agree to these rates and terms. You agree not to post any abusive, slanderous, hateful, threatening, or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
